Rice Bros Trucking Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Johnson as Recruitment/Compliance Manager commencing June 1st . We are excited that she has accepted this position! Melissa will oversee all aspects of recruitment, training and compliance within our operations and will report directly to Senior Management.
Melissa’s 16 years in the transportation industry allowed her to bring a wealth of experience to Rice Bros Trucking where she has clearly demonstrated her professional driving abilities and attitude since joining Rice Bros Trucking. A significant milestone in Melissa’s career was her attendance at Brighton College where she successfully completed the International Trade & Freight Forwarding certification program with a 4.0 GPA. Melissa as well holds various other accreditations within the transportation industry including Long Combination Vehicle (LCV) since Nov 2013.
Melissa’s fortitude and passion for training and mentoring has been at the forefront of her career across multiple organization’s where she has clearly demonstrated a long history of leading by example training and mentoring new employee’s. Her expertise is both rich and unique, which is exactly what we need here at Rice Bros Trucking.
