Our safety representative has completed entering the company’s man hours, kilometers, and all other information required for 2014, and we are pleased to say that we are at 1.69. This includes the last 3 years’ worth of statistics!
TRIF, or the Total Recordable Injury Frequency, is a safety statistic that measures the number of fatalities, lost-time injuries, restricted-work injuries, and medical-treatment injuries per million hours of work. Due to our higher standards and work practices, our TRIF score is below the industry standard.
