Drivers complete daily hazard assessment and control forms and vehicle and equipment inspection forms. We have regular company safety meetings and tool box meetings. Trucks are inspected and maintained regularly by certified professionals.

On May 10th, 2012, Rice Bros Trucking Ltd. was presented with the Safety and Environmental Stewardship Award from Cenovus Energy for exemplary contributions to foster and promote environment, health and safety excellence in the workplace. This prestigious award also came with a generous donation of $5,000 made to Jumpstart by Cenovus on behalf of Rice Bros Trucking Ltd.
